At arrival
The room is usually handed over by 12 noon.
If the room is ready when you arrive, it will be made available immediately. While you are waiting you can already use the beach and we will let you know when the room is ready!

- Car park
The car park is within the hotel and is NOT guarded, or you can park outside, subject to availability, and use the shuttle bus.

BREAKFAST is served as a buffet from 7.30 am to 9.30 am; LUNCH from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm; DINNER from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm. Flexible hours for children.
- Beach and animation
Our partner beaches offer different services to satisfy all requests: mini club, gymnastics, muscle toning, group dances and much more.
On the beach, you will also be able to take advantage of services dedicated to people with mobility disabilities such as additional platforms and a chair to enter the water safely.
At departure
- Tourist tax
Rates do not include tourist tax, which is payable in cash at the hotel. The city tax applies to guests aged 14 and over for a maximum of 7 nights. The amount is € 2 per day per person.
- Account Balance
To avoid delays, it is preferable to pay the price of your stay the evening before your departure.
You can pay with: Cash, bank cheques (5 days from departure), Credit Cards MASTER CARD, VISA, CARTA SI', Debit Cards (NO AMEX and NO DINERS)
